OUR BACKGROUND

Established in 1978, we are the sixth cost and management accounting firm registered with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly ICWAI).

Founded by Mr. K.K. Rajendran, Mr. S.S. Mani, and Mr. V.V. Ramankutty Varier, the firm originally started operations in Mumbai before opening its Kochi branch, initially headed by Mr. Varier.

Today, carrying forward the rich legacy of our late founders, the firm is led by partners CMA Rakhesh R. Warrier and CMA Arun Jagadeesh.
